How to Use This Testing Interface

1. Select a Hospital

Start by typing a hospital name in the search box at the top. The list will filter as you type. Click on a hospital to select it. The hospital must be selected before recording. You can also use the Instructions button to jump to this section.

2. Choose a Speaker

Click either the Caller or Agent

3. Start a New Conversation

Click the New Conversation button between the speaker buttons to clear the conversation context and start fresh. This resets the context for more accurate responses.

4. Speak Your Question

Once recording, speak your question or statement naturally. The system uses Voice Activity Detection (VAD) to detect when you finish speaking.

5. Review AI Response

The system will display two responses:

💡 AI Suggested Response: A natural, conversational response the agent can speak to the customer
📊 Knowledge Search: Raw factual data extracted from the knowledge base in an easy-to-read format

6. Switch Speakers or Stop

Click another speaker button to switch between Caller and Agent, simulating a conversation between them. Click the same button again to stop recording and disconnect.

Tips:

Each hospital has its own knowledge base with hours, services, protocols, and FAQs
The AI suggestion is designed to sound natural and conversational
The Knowledge Search shows the exact data from the hospital's information sheet
Both responses use the same knowledge base search for consistency
The system maintains conversation context across multiple questions for more natural interactions
